Artec Aqua – Oxygen Distribution to Aquaculture Facilities

SPOT Engineering is proud to contribute to the development of the next generation of aquaculture facilities. Commissioned by Artec Aqua, we are responsible for the detailed design of the oxygen distribution system at Salmon Evolution’s land-based facility at Indre Harøy – Phase 2.

This facility represents an important step in the evolution of sustainable and technologically advanced salmon farming. Our scope includes sizing and modelling of the piping systems for oxygen supply to 12 tanks, as well as the design of an emergency distribution system to ensure stable operations in unforeseen situations.

The project demands a high level of technical precision and a strong understanding of biological requirements. We are working closely with both Artec Aqua and Salmon Evolution to ensure optimal solutions. With our multidisciplinary experience from both industrial and process environments, and the use of modern 3D modelling, we are building the foundation for a robust and reliable system.

This project demonstrates how our expertise in piping systems and structural design contributes to innovation and safety in the aquaculture industry.
